Bawykov is 100% traditionally smoked salmon, made according to the recipe of SVH Master Chef Rien Heemskerk. For more than 25 years, we at Bawykov have been smoking our ASC-certified farmed salmon, which has found its way into many restaurant kitchens in the Netherlands. Chefs consciously choose Bawykov salmon when they put smoked salmon on the menu.
