Bawykov staat voor 100% ambachtelijk gerookte zalm, gecreëerd volgens het recept van SVH Meesterkok Rien Heemskerk. Al een kwart eeuw lang produceren wij Bawykov zalm, die zijn plek heeft verworven in talrijke restaurantkeukens door heel Nederland. Chefs geven de voorkeur aan Bawykov zalm wanneer ze gerookte zalm op hun menu willen zetten.
Ook voor u als klant, thuiskok of fijnproever is het mogelijk om een Bawykov zalmzijde te bestellen.
Shipping information
We deliver throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). A service fee of €3.00 applies per order.
The delivery fees we charge cover the refrigerated pickup from the restaurant and ensure that your meal is delivered to your home under optimal conditions. You will be continuously informed of the status of your order. In addition, we work with a specialised courier service that transports each meal with the greatest possible care and attention. You will see the delivery costs at checkout.
