De Librije

De Librije has held a third Michelin star since 2004 and is now the restaurant that has held three stars for the longest period of time. The green star, an award for sustainable gastronomy, was added in 2021. De Librije has its own greenhouse, vegetable garden, and sources products from the immediate vicinity.
