We deliver throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). Our refrigerated delivery costs are €6.90 (excluding €3 service fees).

Please note: on Sunday, April 20, we will charge an increased delivery fee of €19.80 due to the national holiday. You can also choose to have your meal delivered on Saturday, April 19 for €6.90 and eat it on Sunday evening.

A small number of exclusive restaurants use a private "priority delivery service". This service costs €29.

The delivery fees we charge cover the refrigerated pickup from the restaurant and ensure that your meal is delivered to your home under optimal conditions. You will be continuously informed of the status of your order. In addition, we work with a specialized courier service that transports each meal with the greatest possible care and attention.

The color of the Shiso Purple vinegar is a beautiful, intense purple color and, as you are used to from us, a very refined and mild flavor of the Shiso Purple Cress.

Koppert Cress develops colors, scents, shapes, and flavors. All of this is for in and with dishes, to make them even more flavorful than they already are.

Our most well-known cress is the Shiso® Purple. Many appreciate the color and the flavor of this cress. We have used this fact to have a wine vinegar developed from parts of a Shiso Purple plant.

In Northeast Asia, the color of this plant is used to dye products. The color of the Shiso Purple vinegar is a beautiful, intense purple color and, as you are used to from us, a very refined and mild flavor of the Shiso Purple Cress. The flavor gives you the same experience at the back of the mouth as the delicious Shiso Purple. The color is a natural substance present in the plant. The red ginger used in sushi dishes is also colored with this substance.

The Shiso Purple vinegar is ideally suited for making sauces, desserts, salads, and dressing dishes. The color is stable and does not fade, which is very important because the color adds something extra.

The contents of the bottles is 25 cl. and provided with an exclusive Koppert Cress seal, which means you are assured of excellent quality.

All in all, a beautiful and qualitatively exclusive product.
