Shipping policy

At sous, we distinguish between the different menus and shipping costs. Important to know: if you select multiple delivery dates in one order, you will also pay a shipping fee for each delivery date.

• You pay a service fee of €3 per transaction.
• The standard refrigerated shipping costs from sous are€6,90 per delivery date. If you select multiple delivery dates in your order, a separate shipping fee will be charged for each individual delivery date. €6,90 are counted.
  • On the evening (from 9 p.m.) before the selected delivery date, you will receive a track and trace link that allows you to track your order. Your order will be delivered between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is not possible to specify a preferred delivery time.
  • Please note, Shipping costs may be higher on Sundays and public holidays.
• The standard shipping costs and service fee for the menus in the Michelin section are €29 per delivery date, due to refrigerated private delivery.
  • One day before delivery, you will receive an email from us with the delivery time. This is a 3-hour time slot, for example between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The driver will call you approximately half an hour before delivery to let you know he is on his way.
