The coziest days of the year deserve good food – without you having to spend hours in the kitchen. With the Christmas menu from Slagerij Chateaubriand, you can enjoy a festive dinner that is already fully prepared for you. Think of our creamy salmon as an appetizer, artisanal game terrine, tender hare stew with red cabbage, stewed pear and mashed potatoes… and to finish, a velvety crème brûlée or a small cheese platter to share. See it as a shared dinner with the family, or you can serve it as a 4-course dinner. Salmon as an appetizer, then the game terrine, shared main courses, cheese platter and the dessert afterwards. Everything is lovingly prepared by our Master Butcher and chefs. You only need to heat it up briefly – and then you can go straight to the table. This way, Christmas will be just as it’s meant to be: warm, together, and full of flavor.

Shipping information

We deliver throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). Our refrigerated delivery costs are €6.90 (excluding €3 service fees).

Please note: on Sunday, April 20, we will charge an increased delivery fee of €19.80 due to the national holiday. You can also choose to have your meal delivered on Saturday, April 19 for €6.90 and eat it on Sunday evening.

A small number of exclusive restaurants use a private "priority delivery service". This service costs €29.

The delivery fees we charge cover the refrigerated pickup from the restaurant and ensure that your meal is delivered to your home under optimal conditions. You will be continuously informed of the status of your order. In addition, we work with a specialized courier service that transports each meal with the greatest possible care and attention.

Hazenpeper met romige aardappelpuree, stoofpeertjes en rode kool
Onze Meesterslager bereidt de hazenpeper volgens traditioneel recept, langzaam gegaard tot mals en rijk van smaak.
Geserveerd met zachte puree, zoete peertjes en kruidige rode kool — alles kant-en-klaar om samen van te genieten.
