Please note: on Sunday, April 20, we will charge an increased delivery fee of €19.80 due to the national holiday. You can also choose to have your meal delivered on Saturday, April 19 for €6.90 and eat it on Sunday evening.

A small number of exclusive restaurants use a private "priority delivery service". This service costs €29.

The delivery fees we charge cover the refrigerated pickup from the restaurant and ensure that your meal is delivered to your home under optimal conditions. You will be continuously informed of the status of your order. In addition, we work with a specialized courier service that transports each meal with the greatest possible care and attention.

Tab

Perfect to end your dinner: a Dutch cheese board with five different local cheeses ranging from mild to sharp and soft to hard. Served with homemade fig bread.

Cheese board from L'Amuse

Délice de Bourgogne

- the only foreign white rind cheese, because a beautiful white rind cheese made from pasteurized milk is not yet produced here. This one is matured by us

Rode Jutter

- an organic pasteurized red flora cheese from Terschelling. The recipe is somewhat like the traditional Kernhem cheese, but the milk is much finer.

Matured Beemster

- L’Amuse signature, a pasteurized cow's milk cheese from Middenbeemster. The cheese is also microbially coagulated and aged for two years.

Brabander Reserve

- a pasteurized goat cheese from a cooperative in Brabant.

Bastiaansen blue

- Bastiaansen in Molenschot (North Brabant) makes a wide range of cheese specialties, including this Gouda-style cheese made from organic pasteurized goat's milk. After two months of ripening, the cheeses leave Bastiaansen's warehouse to mature with us for another two months. The cheese then develops from fairly neutral and almost bland to crispy, slightly sweet with earthy notes.
