What started as a hobby has grown over the years to a professional level. In 2016, I participated in MasterChef Holland, and since then I have been cooking regularly at people's homes. In 2024, I worked regularly at Zoldering* in Amsterdam. My cooking style can be described as French (classic) with some Asian influences and without too much fuss.
