Amis de Maison – Autumn 2025 An evening full of warmth, character, and culinary refinement. When the days grow shorter and the evenings invite togetherness. With Amis de Maison, we bring the taste of autumn to your home. A refined five-course menu where gentle earthy tones, fresh acidity, and deep umami meet. Composed and prepared by our chefs, so all you have to do is add the finishing touch. From a velvety parsnip mousse with truffle and mustard seed to the sous low-temperature cooked salmon with citrus cream and nori. From roasted celeriac with beurre noisette and vadouvan jus to slow-cooked beef blade with sauerkraut and ponzu jus. We conclude with a tempting Chocolate Dream. Shipping information

We deliver throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). Our refrigerated delivery costs are €6.90 (excluding €3 service fees).

Please note: on Sunday, April 20, we will charge an increased delivery fee of €19.80 due to the national holiday. You can also choose to have your meal delivered on Saturday, April 19 for €6.90 and eat it on Sunday evening.

A small number of exclusive restaurants use a private "priority delivery service". This service costs €29.

The delivery fees we charge cover the refrigerated pickup from the restaurant and ensure that your meal is delivered to your home under optimal conditions. You will be continuously informed of the status of your order. In addition, we work with a specialized courier service that transports each meal with the greatest possible care and attention.

The menu

Amuse;

Parsnip mousse with truffle crisp, mustard seed.

Starter;

Lacquered sous low-temperature cooked salmon fillet with citrus cream, beetroot, and crispy nori.

Intermediate course;

Sautéed roasted celeriac with almond, beurre noisette, ravioli, and vadouvan jus.

Main course; 

Slow-cooked blade steak with carrot cream, sauerkraut en croute, carrot pickles, red onion marmalade, and its own jus with ponzu.

Chocolate dream dessert;

Chocolate textures, raspberry, and vanilla.

Shelf life

We advise consuming the dishes within 2 days of receipt.
