Peter Lute is a renowned chef and entrepreneur with a passion for herbs and spices. His culinary journey began in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel with the Lute restaurant, which he founded with Marieke at the end of 2002 and now runs together with their daughters under the name FêteVis. In 2022, they opened a restaurant called Twentysix on the 26th floor of Valley in Amsterdam's Zuidas, the city's highest restaurant. In addition, they provide dining at On5th by Lute in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. They are currently building a sustainable and self-sufficient farm in the Noordoostpolder, where they intend to grow a large portion of the ingredients for their restaurants.
