Collection: Lime Restaurant
Meet Ysbrandt Wermenbol, the chef behind Restaurant Lime.
From a young age, Ysbrandt knew he wanted to share his passion for cooking with the world. In 2006, at the age of 30, he earned his first Michelin star with his then restaurant Le Marron. After eight years at Le Marron, Ysbrandt decided to take on a new challenge in 2014: he opened Restaurant Lime. Ysbrandt's drive and creativity did not go unnoticed. In 2016, just two years after opening, Restaurant Lime was included in the Michelin Guide with the Bib Gourmand award. This award recognizes restaurants that offer excellent value for money. At Restaurant Lime, the experience is central. Ysbrandt's creative cuisine focuses on the moment, with seasonal products from Dutch soil or Dutch waters. Fish, meat, and vegetable dishes are prepared with an eye for detail and finesse, resulting in flavorful works of art on your plate.
