I have been working in the kitchen since I was 16, and I am still developing my skills with all kinds of flavor combinations. On my nightstand, you won't find a thriller by Jens Lapidus or Stephen King, but rather a stack of cookbooks that I enjoy leafing through as a hobby before going to sleep. Over the years, I have gained experience in a wide range of segments, which has allowed me to develop my own style: robust yet delicate. If you choose me to provide you with a delicious dinner, I will go to great lengths to make it a memorable evening. I will take care of the table linen, crockery, cutlery, and table decorations, and the kitchen will be left spotless. You don't have to think about a thing. Every two months, I have a new seasonal menu, but that should mainly be interpreted as a common theme.
