My name is Amos. After a career in marketing, I made the switch to hosting private dining six years ago. I now organize around 20 to 30 dinners a year, ranging from intimate gatherings of eight people to large events with 200 guests. My Mediterranean background inspires me to surprise and amaze people with new flavors and unusual flavor combinations.
