Black truffle oil
Finding good truffle oil is difficult, because nothing beats real truffle. The production of truffle oil is a precise job, as the dosage of the volatile compounds requires great care. However, we find this one stands far above the rest. The subtle aroma of the black truffle is closely approximated. It gives Mediterranean dishes (if used very sparingly!) just that little bit extra. Try it in desserts too, for example with chocolate. -

Truffle jus
Winter truffle is considered the most flavorful among the black truffles, and the jus from this truffle (the Tuber melanosporum) is therefore a highly valuable way to give sauces an authentic truffle flavor, especially where no flour or butter is used. -

Preserved summer truffle
Truffle adds refinement and gives all kinds of dishes and sauces more depth. This preserved summer truffle – thinly sliced, chopped, or pureed – adds a subtle touch of truffle flavor to fish, meat, and vegetables. Easy to store for special culinary moments or to make moments special. -

Salsa Tartufata
This is how you make precious truffle affordable: take ten percent truffle and add mushrooms, some fine olive oil, some condiments and ... voilà: the most delicious salsa tartufata! Delicious on a crostini, through pasta, or as a base for a sauce. A magical ingredient to give all sorts of everyday products a 'lift'. -

Porcini mushroom cream
Highly concentrated porcini mushroom purée. Tasty on a crostini or as a base for sauces. -

Truffle honey
The combination of these two natural products, honey and truffle, creates a dream combination. Not only delicious with soft goat cheese, but also with a wide range of hard cheeses.
