Tubetti Gentille
A typical Gragnano pasta shape, mainly used in combination with legumes such as beans and lentils. All pasta shapes from Pastificio Gentile are bronze-cut, which means that the molds used in production are made of bronze. The bronze molds create a rougher, more porous pasta. As a result, a homemade quality. -

Orecchiete Gentille
Gentile has been making artisanal pasta since 1876. Orecchiette pasta in this case, but the Neapolitan version from the pasta capital of the world, Gragnano (near Naples). For the preparation, the particularly healthy grain variety 'senatore cappelli' is used. Copper molds are used because, like bronze, they create a rough pasta surface that allows sauces to adhere well. The pasta is dried naturally. In 2015, it was named number 58 in the top 100 most beloved Italian brands by La Repubblica. -

Vesuvio Gentile
The Vesuvio pasta is named after the still-active volcano near the city of Naples. A short, curled pasta that is common in the southern region of Campania. The countless nooks and crannies make it a great match with thick sauces.
