In my own restaurant Rechtstreeks, I served a new menu every day, with products that were too big, too small, too crooked, too few, or in abundance. This way, guests could enjoy my creations and at the same time help prevent food waste. Vegetables always get a special place on my menu. I would love to surprise you with pure flavors just as nature intended.
