What's inside?
-

Losada olives
Hand-picked olives from a small family business in Andalusia. They are grower and producer of table olives. The olives are naturally fermented with only water and salt, produced in small batches and then hand-packed. The Manzanilla olive comes from Andalusia. -

Baby onions in aceto balsamico
Small, sweet, hand-peeled cipollini onions marinated in balsamic vinegar. Ideal with pâtés, meat, savory dishes or cheese platters. -

Picos artesanos 130 grams
The Spanish family business Casalba is located in the beautiful Sierra de la Demanda, just east of Burgos and near the border of the Rioja wine region. For generations, the Castro Alba family has carefully tended to their hams, ensuring excellent quality. Taking time is important and craftsmanship matters. -

Vino Fortana del Taro (Antica Corte Pallavicina)
This red wine is somewhat reminiscent of Lambrusco: fruity, low in alcohol (6%) and sparkling, but also with fresh acidity. It is the ideal companion to Culatello because it is used to marinate the meat at the start of the aging process. Tasting notes: red fruit (blackcurrant). -

Artichoke hearts from De Carlo
This artichoke variety 'Violetto di Brindisi' owes its name to its purple leaves and is a typical artichoke from Apulia. The artichokes are preserved within 24 hours of harvest, resulting in a fresh taste and beautiful texture. A very low percentage of vinegar is added, as well as olive oil and herbs from the De Carlo family's own estate. -

Amstel house mix cocktail nuts
Mix of lightly sweet and spicy. Cashew, pecan, almond, pepita, king size peanut, and Katjang Pedis. -

Patatas Fritas crisps in tin
Chips made from potatoes from Galicia, a region famous for the quality of its potatoes. 100% organic potatoes fried in olive oil, sprinkled with sea salt. -

Joselito Chorizo sliced
This mild sausage is made from coarsely ground trimmings only from the best parts of the Iberico pig. Pimenton (aromatic smoked paprika powder) gives the sausage its characteristic flavor and orange color, further flavored with garlic and sugar. This sausage is made at Joselito in Guijuelo (Salamanca) and has matured for at least half a year. -

Parmigiano reggiano 'Vacche Rosse'
This 'ancient parmesan' is made from the milk of red-pied cows ('vacche rosse'). This breed produces much less milk than the black-pied cows. But what they do produce is of higher quality because both the protein (casein) and fat content are higher. You can taste this in this distinctly dairy-flavored parmesan, which is also creamier than parmesan from 'regular' cows. -

Fennel salami Gran Riserva IGP
The unmistakable scents of the Tuscan countryside, the aroma of wild fennel seeds, the velvety taste, and the absence of the often sour note in this salami make our Finocchiona IGP unique. Try, as tradition recommends, with fresh figs. Italian excellence, -

Joselito Paleta Iberico sliced
'El mejor jamón del mundo': this is how culinary legend Ferran Adrià described this ham, made from the hind legs of acorn-fed Ibérico pigs and salted and cured under ideal conditions by Joselito. The combination of the quality of the pigs, their diet, the fact that they roam freely in the open air, the marbling of the intramuscular fat, and the way the meat is cured, ensures the outstanding quality that makes Joselito world famous.
