Tom received his first Michelin star in 2024—an impressive achievement for a young chef. The Oosterschelde and the North Sea are the restaurant's main suppliers. The rest of the ingredients come from De Zilte Hof vegetable garden, a garden full of scents, colors, and flavors, where Tom grows his own fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Only local products are used in the kitchen. You will be given a tour of the garden, followed by a cooking workshop by the chef himself and a Michelin-starred lunch. If you wish, you can also request dinner for the evening and/or spend the night in one of the suites at De Kromme Watergang.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0605/1210/8718/collections/de-kromme-watergang-3586615887_44405d10-56c8-4ec1-8287-9e5ea2b4726c.jpg?v=1761068736
