What's inside?
-

Harissa
Spicy flavor enhancer from the Maghreb cuisine, especially a specialty from Tunisia, where many dishes are flavored with harissa. We have made our harissa milder by using hot peppers and roasted red pointed peppers. -

Piura Porcelana 75% ORG
From South America. In 2007, Original Beans discovered this ultra-rare white cacao in the Piura river valley in northern Peru. Due to its vibrant fruit flavors, it has become one of the most highly awarded beans in the world. The local people of Piura say that only one albino survived the migration of cacao, from the Amazon through the Andes to the dry coastal area: the Piura Porcelana. Although genetically an Arriba Nacional, the albino cacao tastes very different: light, fruity, and with a pleasant acidity. -

Olive oil with lemon Villa Manodori
Europe! The essential oils of Italian Massimo Bottura – one of the greatest chefs in the world – are among the best we know. Just a few drops of this powerful lemon oil have a wonderful effect, for example over grilled fish or a simple salad. No one misses the actual lemon, and this oil is therefore virtually married to the essence of lemon. -

Murray river salt flakes pink
From Oceania we have a beautiful type of salt. A special salt sourced from an underground salt lake, located along the Murray River in the Murray Darling Basin, Mildura Victoria, Australia. The area was an inland sea 5 million years ago. Over the centuries, the inland sea subsided and became trapped in a clay soil full of minerals. -

Minus 8 Wine Vinegar
From North America, specifically Canada. Ice wine vinegar, named after the temperature at which the grapes are harvested and pressed. Aged for years in a French oak Solera system that began in 1997. Ice wine is made by picking grapes that have naturally frozen on the vine and pressing them while still frozen. The yield is very limited; the juice is rich, naturally sweet, and full of flavor. -

Japanese Yakiniku sauce
From Asia, one of the best flavor enhancers there is. Yakiniku means grilled meat. Every grill restaurant in Japan has its own dipping sauce, yakiniku no tare. This is a type of sweet Japanese barbecue sauce. Ingredients are: Soy, mirin, onion, garlic, apple, sansho pepper, black pepper, and red pepper. Perfect for grilled meat, seafood, and vegetables.
