Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar 12 years
Aceto balsamico produced by 3 Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura. Made from local Trebbiano grapes according to a 100-year-old family tradition. Aged in oak, chestnut, and juniper wood barrels for 12 to 20 years. Dark in color with a hint of amber. -

Villa Manodori Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive oil, specially made to complement the vinegars of Villa Manodori! The hand-picked and cold-pressed olives produce a spicy oil with notes of green tomato. This olive oil is frequently used in the kitchen of Osteria Francescana! -

Villa Manodori 100% Organic Balsamic
The organic version of the 12-year-old sibling. The balsamic does not have 12 years of aging, but is around 6 years. As a result, it is less syrupy, but still has an intense flavor due to aging in oak, chestnut, and juniper wood.
