We deliver throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). Our refrigerated delivery costs are €6.90 (excluding €3 service fees).

Please note: on Sunday, April 20, we will charge an increased delivery fee of €19.80 due to the national holiday. You can also choose to have your meal delivered on Saturday, April 19 for €6.90 and eat it on Sunday evening.

A small number of exclusive restaurants use a private "priority delivery service". This service costs €29.

The delivery fees we charge cover the refrigerated pickup from the restaurant and ensure that your meal is delivered to your home under optimal conditions. You will be continuously informed of the status of your order. In addition, we work with a specialized courier service that transports each meal with the greatest possible care and attention.

Established (Est.) was founded in 2023 in Amsterdam by a group of friends—a mix of sommeliers, musicians, and creatives—who share a passion for unforgettable nights and unforgettable mornings without a hangover.

For years, we were frustrated by the lack of refined, flavorful, and healthy alternatives to alcoholic drinks, especially when dining out or celebrating special moments. We felt disappointed when culinary experiences were not complemented, or even ruined, by imitation wines and sweet soft drinks. Since there were no satisfying alternatives on the menu, we decided to brew our own drink: a Sparkling Tea that has everything except alcohol.

Established Sparkling Tea (Est.) is a new festive drink, which is wholeheartedly alcohol-free. Our first creation is a cold brew of sencha and gunpowder tea, enriched with herbs, spices, and love.

Est. is described as intriguingly complex and full of texture, and appeals to people looking for a refined festive drink without alcohol, without compromising on taste, charm, and enjoyment.

The Teamasters:
At the heart of our story are Wesley Schipper and Maarten Riebeek, co-founders, proud Amsterdammers, and celebrated tea sommelier experts—or teamasters, as they prefer to be called.

Their individual journey in the wonderful world of tea began more than ten years ago. In 2013, after gaining experience in various renowned restaurants, Wesley embarked on a worldwide quest for tea mastery. He enrolled at the prestigious ‘School of Tea’, led by the Institut Paul Bocuse, and won a gold medal at the Global Tea Finals. Meanwhile, Maarten delved into Michelin-starred restaurants and explored how tea can enrich the dining experience.

In 2018, Wesley and Maarten joined forces at Restaurant Moon in Amsterdam, where they are still based. Today, this “ginger duo” is known for creating innovative and refined flavor combinations that complement various dishes.

In 2023, their wealth of experience and knowledge was literally bottled in Established Sparkling Tea (Est.)—a new alcohol-free alternative to wine that makes no compromises on taste, aroma, or enjoyment. This marks an exciting new chapter for Wesley and Maarten as they share their passion for tea with the world.
